Casagbic is operated as a sole trader by Kunal Mishra (“we”, “us”, “our”). This policy explains how we collect and use your information when you use the Casagbic platform and this community forum.
What we collect
Account data: Name, email address, and password when you register.
Usage data: How you interact with the platform, prompts submitted, jobs run, and credit usage.
Community data: Posts, replies, and messages you create in this forum.
Technical data: IP address, browser type, device info, and cookies for session management.
How we use it
- To provide and operate the Casagbic platform and community
- To send account-related emails (OTP codes, password resets, product updates)
- To detect and prevent abuse or security issues
- To improve the product based on usage patterns
We do not sell your data to third parties.
Data storage
Data is stored on servers located in the EU and/or US. We use MongoDB Atlas for platform data and Discourse for community data. Both providers maintain their own security certifications.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing hello@casagbic.com. We will respond within 30 days.
Cookies
We use session cookies for authentication and preference cookies for forum settings. You can disable cookies in your browser but some features may not function correctly.
