1. The service
Casagbic is an AI-assisted software development platform. You submit prompts; AI agents help you build software. We are currently in pre-launch / early access.
The service is provided “as is.” We make no guarantees about uptime, accuracy of AI output, or fitness for a particular purpose. Always review generated code before deploying to production.
2. Your account
- You must provide accurate information when registering
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure
- One account per person; no sharing accounts
- You must be at least 16 years old to use the platform
3. Acceptable use
You must not use Casagbic to:
- Generate malicious code, malware, or anything intended to harm others
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Scrape, reverse-engineer, or abuse the platform
- Attempt to exploit the credit system
- Impersonate others or create fake accounts
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Credits and payments
Credits are consumed when you run AI agent jobs. Credits are non-refundable unless we are at fault for a service failure. Pricing may change with reasonable notice.
5. Intellectual property
Code generated by Casagbic agents on your behalf is yours. You retain full ownership of the output. We retain ownership of the platform, UI, and underlying infrastructure.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Casagbic (Kunal Mishra, sole trader) is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
7. Changes
We’ll notify users of significant changes via the Announcements category. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
